Flora Flutter Download Pattern

Flora Flutter is a 13 page pdf pattern that you download and print on your home printer.  Flora Flutter includes patterns, placement sheet, and instructions to make this 11 1/2" x 20" block.  Flora Flutter is block five of Snugly Bugly.  The technique is fusible applique.   Optional SVG Files for cutting machines are included with the download.
